This is a must-have for beginner writers to help them strengthen their penmanship. My son is left-handed so this is really helping him a lot. I think this is a must-have for every beginning writer. I am pleased with my purchase.

Due to a ridiculous 1st grade teacher who used to us time races for every assignment she would give our twin sons to see which group of students in her class could race through their assignment rather than take a bit of time to write semi well, we now have one out of two sons that still writes like a crazy person today. They are now entering high school so we need to regress a bit and reteach them how to correctly write letters so other people can read them. We have used similar books in the past when the printing learned in 1st grades rears its ugly head again. This book is one we have not used yet but it looks great based on our past experience with similar books. Highly recommend!

Keeping a 6 year old’s skills up between Kindergarten to first grade. It’s not all repeating the same letter for whole pages so keeps his attention longer than some of the other handwriting workbooks

It's pretty basic and helps to practice handwriting. My daughter thinks it's kind of pointless and that it doesn't help, however....I've noticed a slight difference in her handwriting (and that's the point). I've ordered her the cursive book from this company. I'll update once she gets into it.

Great for older kids too!The grammar error was kind of funny. 😆Would be better if it was college ruled.

This is exactly as advertised. I am impressed by the quality of the cover and pages, much better than I thought for this price. This is exactly what the child I am tutoring needs to assist with learning to write neater. I have not had a chance to take a photo, but if possible I will and add it to this review. Later down the road, I am going to check them out and see if they have more books like this and possibly other subjects.

Nice to have them sit down on their own, but I noticed a few letters don't have great directional guides for when tonlift vs looping back around. My son also likes to make up his own way of doing things so... It probably wouldn't matter anyway

What kid actually enjoys learning after spending all day at school. Well, this book made it fun for the kids to learn. It not only works for individual letters, it has simple words which also helps with spelling as well as sentence structure. I highly recommend buying this item if your kids need a little extra help learning these basic skill.

Very happy got for my son his handwriting has improved tremendously

I got this for my nearly 6yr old daughter when I realised she had dropped below the curve in year 1yr. As long as I watch over her so she uses careful, slow good form then it’s worthwhile practice.
