Works great, if it arrives warm, but had an ice pack, it’s fine! READ THE STICKER LABELS ON YOUR PACKAGE! It’s fine, they’ll work if they’re at room temp for a little while. It takes two weeks for the probiotics to start “dying” at room temp. It’ll be fine if it’s left at room temp for a couple hours!

My internal medicine doctor turned me on to Klaire Labs Pro-5 Probiotic. The best probiotics are to be kept refrigerated and these are one of those. They are easy to swallow and when taken with the recommended amount of water (as with any other medicine), leave no after taste.

This product needs to remain cold. It is shipped with a cold pack that is inadequate. It arrives warm. No way to know how warm it got or for how long it was warm. As a result I worry the effectiveness of the product may not be as it should be. The low rating is not a fault of the product. It is a fault of the packing and shipping.

My doctor recommended these for me. I initially got then throgh her office then saw them here for the same price. Great quality and a valuable part of maintaining my health.

Pro 5 is expensive but is one of the best probiotics on the market! Your Immune system needs this people!

Love it. I’ve used it before

I've been taking these every day for 2 years and they've been amazing. My recent order has been causing gastric distress and bloating. There must have been a change of more than packaging. It's a shame since I really loved this product and that it was a rather pricey purchase. Instead of feeling great, now it feels like I took a laxative. Will not order again.
