I felt elevated the first time I put them on, but once I started walking, they feel great.

I like the style and apparent quality construction. The soles seem to cushion and make walking easy. The only negative is that my feet feel a bit hotter when wearing these shoes, but not a serious concern. I did not find the additional shoe sole inserts that they provided to be necessary. However, I appreciated the fact that they provided options for additional support, for those requiring such. In addition to the above, I appreciate that New Balance does not seemingly participate in what I perceive to be anti-American stances taken by Nike.

They work as advertised

I bought the shoes months ago. They have been great. I will definitely buy more in the future. I have had to wear them for some long days on my feet, and at the end of the day I’m doing much better than with other shoes.

Called manufacturer for advice on which style to buy. Asked if they were step ins. Was told they were. Guess what? They aren’t. I have bad hands & feet. These are so hard for me to get on/off that I don’t wear them often anymore.

From unboxing these shoes I was very impressed. The care and quality is amazing from the heavy duty ziplock bag that held the extra insoles to the quality of materials and workmanship that went into these shoes. A comfort fit insole and a corrective fit insole and spacers to slip under the insole just in case the shoes are a little too roomy. It's like a shoe system rather than just a pair of shoes. I usually spend $130 on shoes and these are definitely worth the extra money for the extra pieces that make this system. I usually buy insoles anyway so it's really the same cost. Being a New Balance man for many years I have seen their quality go downhill. That's what made me try these along with my coworker's opinions on these shoes. I'm a nurse spending 12-15 hours a day x 7 days in a row on my feet. I need good shoes. I tried Brooks Beast $140 and they came apart in two weeks. I've been wearing these shoes for one day now just to get a feel for them and I like them. They are very supportive like a boot. If they last one year I will definitely buy again.
