Good fit and well made.

Works great, spins easily and quietly, and has enough padding to make it comfortable to sit on all day. Also snaps into place very firmly, which is nice. For a recent dove hunt, I took an old 5 gal. bucket and painted it in an ASAT type pattern with spray paint, snapped this seat on top, and in the field the whole thing really blended in very well. In fact, I had a hard time seeing it when walking back to it. Very good product.

I gave this as a gift to my wife who spends a lot of time in the yard and garden weeding and working with the plants. It is a great to take the strain off her back, and is a reasonably priced product that does the job and is comfortable. She can keep her tools together in the bucket with extra gloves, etc. so the general concept is very handy and commonsense. However, it wasn't long before the smooth, rotating action started to develop friction and become less useful. I haven't inspected it in detail but I presume the parts are just plastic so it's not surprising they would quickly wear out. But the padded seat is comfortable and I'm sure this will be useful even if the nice rotating feature becomes less operative. Perhaps I'll re-engineer it with higher quality materials. Or look for something that has the same features but longer lasting design on the moving parts. But she loves it and it works reasonably well for the purpose.

This kid is Super Quiet, and pretty darn comfortable. I used it on a regular bucket and it snaps on, but I got a Yeti bucket now, and it sits inside the top well. It works perfectly for sitting and hunting, spins great, easy access etc. it doesn’t snap down so it will fall off the Yeti, but that is fine with me, easy quiet access to the inside of the bucket (for shells or beer, HA) Here in Texas I use this for Dive Hunting a lot.FYI I’m 6’ and 250lbs and it’s silent when I spin.

My 87 year old Father loves fishing, but is no longer able to make several trips back and forth to handle all of his fishing gear. I started looking for options to lessen what he needed to carry. I found this, and it was perfect. It replaced the bulky and awkward lawn chair he used to carry. Plus, he can place it on the top of the 5-gallon bucket that he carries with him. He said it is comfortable enough to sit on for extended periods without causing any aches or pain. He has used it for two seasons and it has held up quite well. I use this on a 5-gallon bucket that holds my gardening hand tools and supplies. I love that I can pivot. My knees & back are not great and this bucket seat lets me weed, plant, groom, and harvest flowers while seated. This is my 2nd one. The first one lasted 5 years even though I often "forgot" and left it out in the rain many times. Storing my tools inside the bucket gives it enough weight and stability so it doesn't tip me over when the ground is a bit sloped or uneven. I couldn't garden without it. I tried several expensive wheeled seats but they are tough to roll on the grass, too big, heavy, and cumbersome to store. Who knew this inexpensive solution would work better than anything 8 times the price? If I had a wish, it would be a flowered fabric choice in addition to the camouflage. What I like about these cushions is the ease of putting them on the bucket and taking them off the bucket they also were not too heavy so they didn't weigh the bucket down after having quite a few items inside the bucket. What I feel can be improved is the handle on the side it isn't actually that durable so it doesn't help necessarily to get the lid on and off because you don't want to break it, in a way is not even necessary to have on there because it gets in the way of the handle on the bucket so you have to actually turn the cushion a certain way when it's on in order for it to not be in the way of the bucket handle. I would have also wished for more color options. I purchased 2 of these cushions for a camping trip my daughter and I went on and I just would have like Other color options. Overall i would purchase again and highly recommend.

Love this thing. I bought it for a canoe trip i take each year. I bring a five gallon bucket with pots and pans and such that just don't work as good in a bag. I needed a lid for it to keep water out but also so i could sit on it. voila! a watertight lid that also has a padded, spinning seat?!? sign me up. I did spray it with waterproofing spray so i didn't have a wet seat at day's end. it functions great even for me and i weigh 280. I can't say how long the handle will last as it is the only way to get the lid off the bucket and it requires some serious pulling but as of yet, it seems like it will last for long enough to get my 8 bucks worth. scratch that... it already has.
