Not bad. But not worth buying again
Not bad. But not worth buying again. I was using a Gaspari supplement before this. I thought I we try something different with less carbohydrates. This product has fewer carbohydrates but it’s a little more bitter than I like. I didn’t really notice any difference in my workout recovery. I am sure it was helping, but not as well as the other product I was using. I guess if I was carbohydrate conscious this would be my go to, but I am not so I am choosing flavor

Honest review on Effectiveness/Quench/Ingredients
I'm all around when it comes to supplements. I enjoy a clean formula/ingredients, but I also compare it's quench, as well as effectiveness per workout(s). This Apple BCAA has a clean great formula, but I've tried MANY BCAA supplements and although clean, it doesn't exactly taste the best. I've tried using little water, as well as dilluting it, however, there's a nasty chalky taste in this BCAA and that chalky nasty taste is what's preventing me from giving a better review. Especially considering the fact that there's the same aftertaste when you're done drinking it and it's not very thirst quenching like you would hope for

Horrible taste
I love Iron Brothers supps, Great company. But the flavor is horrible, tastes bad going down and with a even worse after taste. Even gave me bubble guts. Like I said love Iron Brothers, but this product is a no go for me. Sorry
