Best protection plan ever!!
I bought this for a microwave oven that began making crackling noises and blinking the clock number pad numbers about a year after I bought it. I contacted this protection company and within 30 minutes or less, they were mailing me a check for the amount I paid for the defective micro-oven. I have dealt with other protection plan companies on large appliances and it took up to 9 months to resolve the problem for one. So this was a miracle!! I had the check within 10 days of our phone conversation and am now looking for a new micro. I will most likely get it from Amazon so I can get this protection plan again.

Above and beyond my expectations
The product was a Faberware Microwave. The machine starts when I open the door, regardless of why (cleaning, starting a cycle, etc) I opened the door. The service I received after reporting the problem was fast and efficient. Thank you Asurion for your help.

Protection came in handy and wasn't that hard to file claim and get a resolution.

Protection at it's finest
The Asurion protection plan was a great value for my money. My Air fryer recently broke and I am so glad I have a 4 year protection plan from Asurion. They received the old air fryer and refunded my the original price as an Amazon gift card so I can buy a new air fryer and it's otw now. Very easy process for contacting Asurion as well.

Easy process
After a year and a half my counter top oven started having a lcd display problem. I went to their website and did the online claim process. They accepted my claim an provided a shipping label. It was a simple process and I am well pleased with easy way to resolve a problem. I have their warranty on several other purchases and hopefully I won’t need to file another claim, but If I do I know that it won’t be a hassle.
