Amazon Basics Small Digital Oval Alarm Clock with LED Display, Nightlight, Snooze Function & Battery Backup, Black, 4.5 x 3.5 x 2.4 Inches

5/5 Stars - A total lifesaver for parents of teenagers! We had to go old school because phone alarms just weren't cutting it for my teenage boys anymore. This Amazon brand alarm clock has been an absolute lifesaver for our morning routine. The quality is good especially considering the very affordable price point. It’s reliable, easy to use, and actually gets them out of bed on time. Please note, it’s basic but does its job. If your kids are sleeping through their phones, do yourself a favor and get this clock!

Great little simple clock. Replaces a full featured product that cost much more but developed a dead display after just a few years. This one is easy to use and has a battery backup. It’s nice that there are still clocks you can buy that aren’t bloated with excess features that are rarely used. It’s relatively small and doesn’t take up a lot of real estate on a night stand or desk.

Love this little clock. I brought this clock since our tv box display no longer has a clock. It is perfect for the living room. Very petite. The numbers are easy to see. It blends in perfectly with my decor. The price was excellent.

I was looking for a straightforward, no-nonsense alarm clock for my nightstand, and this Amazon Basics digital oval clock fits the bill perfectly for almost everything. The compact footprint takes up very little space on the bedside table, yet the LED display is large and clear enough to read from across the room without needing to squint. The brightness level of the display is just right. It is vibrant enough to see clearly during the day, but it does not flood the entire bedroom with harsh light at night, allowing for a good night of sleep. The integrated nightlight feature is a fantastic addition, providing just enough soft illumination if you need to get up in the dark without waking up your partner. The battery backup feature also provides excellent peace of mind if the power blinks overnight. The only reason I am knocking this down to four stars is that turning the alarm completely off in the morning is a bit tedious. While the snooze button is easy to hit, finding and pressing the specific button to fully shut off the alarm while you are still half-awake takes a bit of fumbling around. It is not a dealbreaker, but a slightly more intuitive or prominent off switch would make it perfect. Overall, it is a highly reliable, well-built, and budget-friendly clock that does exactly what it promises to do, as long as you do not mind a slightly clunky morning routine.

I forgot how vital an old-school alarm clock was lol. My phone alarm wasn’t cutting it anymore. The alarm is loud, snooze is easy to find. You can turn the top light that illuminates the snooze off if you don’t like it. This is otherwise your average, basic alarm clock and was just what I was needing.

Screeching. Loud. Annoying. But it gets me up in thr morning and scares me and makes me sweat when paired with two others. Tiny too and really easy to figure out.

Cheap, loud, easy to set and double check. Should have bought again instead of another type.

Completely fulfills it's purpose, shows the time, can set an alarm. Personal I feel it's bright so you can definitely see the time on a dark room. I wish though that there was a control for the alarm volume, it is LOUD, so so LOUD. I have a little one at home who I don't want woke up when I get up, even with my door shut and their door shut you can hear the alarm clear as day. So if you need something that is loud so you dont sleep through it, this one is for you but if you have others in your home that you dont want up when the alarm goes off look elsewhere.
