HP 11 | Ink Printhead | Black Printhead | C4810A

Was exactly as advertised. Fixed the print-ghosting (and lately smearing) problem on m HP Designjet 500 (42" wide roll printer). I wish I had done this a year ago. I didn't realize changing the print heads on this machine was as easy as changing an ink cartridge.

I have a HP design jet 42" printer and though the print heads were expired they still worked however I was unable to align successfully. I bought new (or I should say so-called new) cartridges before from another site and I had the same problem (expired and not aligning). So I tried this cartridge and I had no problems...the date is not expired and I was able to align my print heads! Finally a cartridge I can trust!

Bought this to verify operation of a printer I found which had no printheads. While this verified that communication between the controller and carriage were working, I was still unable to print because the Designjet 110plus must have a full set of functioning printheads before any printed will occur. I bought a set of refurbished printheads instead of completing the set with new ones for much less money. I'm successfully printing large format drawings now!

I use these print heads in a 3D printer for my business as a service bureau, RapidTech Prototypes, providing three dimensional prototypes for a wide variety of businesses and products. This is the best price I have found for new print heads and the delivery is very quick for the lowest cost method.

After years of supporting printers with these printheads, I generally haven't had many problems. It can definitely be difficult to figure out which printhead needs replacing, despite what the display says. Make sure to wipe the contacts clean on all printheads before replacing any. Replacing all at once may be a good strategy.

This is a company that operates under at least two different names. The products are in both cases a complete waste of time. These inks are a complete waste of time and money. They last in either case only half of what they are supposed to last. I not only blame this company for poor quality but Amazon as well. It would seem you are interested in making money. If this is an example of watching who you have as accounts, you are turning a lot of people off. A lot of people use you every day. I would by retail. It ia better recourse for me. I suggest you wake up and protect your customers.

Es un producto original HP, y funciona como se espera. A veces tenemos que cambiarlo antes de agotar su vida útil, pero suele ser más por problema de algún cartucho de baja calidad que ha introducido aire en el circuito (ni se os ocurra comprar los cartuchos con agujero de ventilación superior, tienen que ser herméticos) que por problemas del cabezal.

I'm soo happy with this purchase, it arrived in just a few days and my plotter works well again! (my old print head was creating faded blacks and horizontal bands. But since replacing the print head with this one, all that has been corrected! Also, the price was unbeatable, I checked atleast 4 local suppliers and HP.com but they were atleast $15 more expensive than this amazon listing.
