Packaged well and easy to assemble. look great once built.

Had to drill my own holes in some places to assemble
It said there were pre-drilled holes, but it was missing a couple. So if you don't have the right sized drills on hand, I wouldn't recommend.

Books tend to fall out easily if smaller in size and unit is easy to fall forward if a toddler is trying to get a book out and pulls it while book is stuck behind rail or in general.
