Nice variable speed grinder! Worked tirelessly thru my project in demanding conditions.
I purchased this set to polish newly installed marble floors. I had a ryobi that had one speed. Purchased this for the variable speed option. The stone polishing kit I had purchased for the ryobi fit this unit perfectly. This unit worked with no issues in a wet grinding and polishing environment (only the polishing wheel was in contact with water) for over 15 hours over two days. It got hot but I took breaks to allow the unit to cool. Am glad I bought this unit.

A good Little grinder
This is a good value. Seems well built for the price. You normally have to spend quite a bit more to get the variable speed functions. The durability is yet to be determined but, for my purposes it should last quite a while.PS. Despite the Amazon ad photo, mine didn't come with any cutting wheels.

speed control switch don't good
The speed control stop work and the product over eats quickly

Can't use the switch after 3 power ons.....
I knew I was going to be rough on this unit as I am grinding down a concrete surface for a bar and I didn't expect it to survive beyond the job at hand really. But 3 toggles of the switch and I cannot get the switch to engage anymore. The first 2 were cumbersome due to the method of the safety switch and I am ok with that but the 3rd it took 5 minutes to force it to engage. I had it on a power bar and I used the switch on that to toggle power. Then it popped out of position and now I cannot turn it back on at all.

Great Tool!
This tool is great, I use it for polishing cut edges on tile the variable speed is awesome I cannot complain about the bang for the buck.

I like the fact that it does what I bought it for. Variable speed’s. Perfect for touching up ends of tiles

Like the variable speed
I purchased an angle grinder that was only one very fast speed, I think 11,000 rpm and was unable to be precise when using it but I like this one with the variable speed as I can be much more precise when sharpening mower blades. I did purchase a large sheet of aluminum to contain the sparks given off when sharpening mower blades.

Can't go wrong
Very nice tool, great features. I love the quick disconnect guard easy to move around. And what can I say the variable speed is perfect, especially when you are sanding.Thank you TOOLMAN for a great tool with a great price.
