I am a person who suffers majorly from severe headaches and migraines. I was taking Tylenol almost everyday because I would always get either a migraine or massive headache that would leave me in so much pain I could cry. If you suffer from nerve pain, neuropathy, any problems with nerves Vitamin B2 =Riboflavin, is a must. It's food for the inflamed, dying nerves. Of course special exercises needed, physiotherapy, but increased nutrition for nerves will help tremendously. It's a low price to pay for your health.

I used to get migraines everyday. After speaking with my neurologist and told me to start taking Riboflavin 400mg, my migraines has significantly changed.
