this name brand was given better reviews than most
I was looking for something that would provide "hopefully" some help with healing of strained tendons. I have been lifting weights for over 20 years, and anyone who lifts, knows that one doesn't just stop working out because of a little pain or "minor" injury. After reading the customer's reviews on this sleeve, and also doing some research online, this name brand was given better reviews than most. Not being too expensive, and also since it is shipped in pairs, let's give it a try. I am by no means huge. Relaxed arm measurements were 15 1/2 " bicep, and 13" forearm. According to the sizing chart, I was at the high end of the large, and the lower side of the XL. I decided to play it safe and go with the XL, because I did not want it to be too tight and unusable. Or I could just return for the other size if necessary. The XL fits pretty good. It is a little snug on the forearm, but overall not too bad.The product claims to improve circulation through the compression effect. I cannot honestly say that it does or not, as my arm still hurt 5 weeks later, and after not lifting for those 5 weeks. Obviously more injured than I thought. I never expected it to "cure" any ailment that I had, but was hoping that maybe it would help with healing time. This sleeve feels very similar to wearing an Under Armour shirt, and will help keep the area warm as long as you are wearing an article of clothing over it. If I don't wear something over it, it gives me the sensation ta slight breeze is blowing over my arm, and makes it feel cool, but that could just be me. I feel that way with Under Armour also. The sleeve is long also, from wrist to shoulder, which I like. It looks as though it may have a tendency to rolll up just a bit near the wrist, from bending you wrist. This is also not a replacement for a brace, as it really does not offer "support"for the elbowAll in all, I am satisfied with the sleeve. I do like the compression feel,as it does give the feeling of having more energy

Forearm Pain Gone
Prior to purchasing the 2XU compression arm sleeves, I was having recurring pain in the anterior section of my right forearm mostly when I initiated my attempts to do pull-ups. I assumed it was a muscle issue, but it could have been a tendon or ligament or whatever. I first tried using a tennis elbow type compression strap but it did not help at all. I read the customer reviews for the 2XU compression arm sleeves and the majority of them were favorable for relieving the pain I was experiencing. And the customers were correct, the 2XU sleeves do the job I was hoping they would do. Currently, I do three sets of eight or more full body pull-ups three days a week and experience no pain. I have short arms with a 15" bicep and 12" forearm and the Medium sleeves fit perfectly.

Sleeve holds up over time
I wear compression arm sleeves while I sleep to combat a throbbing feeling in my arms from occupational issues (office work, lots of typing). I have tried many compression sleeves and this is the best one yet. The material quality is very good. I've had them for over a year and they are retaining their form very well (though I don't wash them too often). I'm a female with a small lower arm and an "average" (not thin but not large) upper arm. The sleeve is a little tight for me on top but not to the point where it's not manageable.

Severe tennis elbow relief
I have bought hundreds of dollars worth of physical therapy items and other braces to try and ease my tennis elbow pain in both arms. By far, these 2xU compression sleeves have done the best job. This item comes in a pair, which I didnt know and so I bought two of them. Turns out works in my best interest. I wear a pair for work cause they get a little dirty and then a pair to wear at home. A real pain reliever. I got a large and they are super tight, which is what a good compression fit is supposrd to be. Great sleeves!

Feels great, but....
Just received my 2XU Recovery Compression sleeve from delivery guy. I opened up the box, took out the sleeve, and pulled it onto my left arm. It feels pretty good. I am 6'2, 235lbs, and have 17 inch biceps. Not too snug. Fit is good. Now, here's the but....The red company logo looks like it was hastily ironed onto the fabric and it has peeled halfway off. So, looks like I will end up just tearing off the decal so it doesn't look silly. Not a big deal as long as this thing does what it is supposed to do. Could care less about the decal.

Best available
These are the best compression sleeves out there. I've used a number of different brands at this point, and the 2XUs win. They are expertly made to last. They don't stretch out, roll down, or reduce range of motion. They also don't attract a sweaty funk smell compared to other compression gear--these things stay clean longer. I use them in weightlifting and crossfit and they've provided me with great recovery compared to other brands or using nothing at all. I also run, and I plan to replace my current leg sleeves with 2XU leg sleeves. I wish I found these from the start.

Great for Cold Weather and Support
I work out early morning and use the court for doing sports specific movements and it’s often cold in there during the winter. These not only provide the support I need but also keep me warm without having to wear baggy layers. Very good for playing sport as they don’t really restrict the range of motion in the elbow or restrict the bi/tris from operating correctly. If you are a serious lifter and want full support then I suggest a compression suit but if your do sports specific training and are playing sports these work very well and are less expensive.

Best compression sleeve but sizing runs small
Probably the best compression sleeve i've tried to date. Noticeable difference when I climb and the fit is very comfortable even with it being snug. I'm surprised by other reviewers stating that the product's fit is as expected. From the 2XU sizing charts and measurements (biceps and forearms), I should fit comfortably in a medium. As soon as I received and tried it on, though, it was obviously too small. I know it's supposed to be snug, so I kept it on for a while and did some light workouts with it thinking it could stretch and i'd get used to it, but blood started to rush and I had some light bruising on my upper bicep once I removed it. I exchanged for a large and it now fits perfectly.

bought to assist with golf in warmer climes. One pair seem shorter than the other, but they do work, arms feel less tired post the round. Also help to wick away any moisture when humid. Lastly save syou having to wear a full compression top in the heat
