No it doesn’t but you can find some online. Although I’d stay away from this product. It doesn’t have the right tools for this iPhone type.

If I order the wrong one, can I return it for a full refund?

Yes. I got my full refund after I return the item because it was wrong.

Apple told me that i can’t replace just the glass on an xs max and that i need to replace the oled too. that’s why it’s $330. so is that not true?

Yes it’s true. I had to take my phone in for them to replace it. I strongly recommend you doing it. It cost me the same to replace.
