Q: Do these fit as expected or do I need to size up or down?

These fit as expected for a man’s size 12. However I purchased them for my 14 year old son and they were too wide for his feet but fitted an older member of the Swim squad with more man’s width feet perfectly.

Q: I'm uk6=eur39. the size guide pic shows 2nd image from the left is 38/39, but next size guide pic says they are 6.5-7.5. what size do i order?

38/39 keep in mind they are very board. You can always return/exchange them worse case just keep the plastic. They are very heavy by the way.

Q: Are they narrow fitted or wide fitted ?

These fins are quite average width, they aren't excessively narrow but not too wide either
