Sturdy with great rain protection! Great quality and feels heavy duty but yet compact. Fits easily in my backpack and doesn’t take up a lot of space. Has not turned inside out during some very strong winds. If the time ever comes that I need another one, I will absolutely purchase this brand again.

This umbrella has survived many Chicago windy days and nights, stormy weather, and not residential only, but years of walking amongst concrete high rise buildings with ridiculous winds off the lake to and from work. I’m rough on an umbrella as it’s usually in a backpack, office floor, car floor or tossed. It is heavy. You’ll absolutely notice the weight difference when you remove it from your bag. That weight is necessary for it to handle the wind because the handle and structure really do stay steady. Button never gave me issues. Umbrella shoots out strong after years of use. Black is the color I purchased. Sure no one comments on the appearance of it but it’s not for cute, it’s for function. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent umbrella I would have given it five stars however it does have one weak point the strap that you use to hold it with in your hand apparently is not secured very well and comes loose from the handle. Everything else about the umbrella is good they need to work on finding a different way of securing the strap instead of just a tab of glue.
