cute
I got the jewelry box...can't get it to open and close as I anticipated but all the bubbles that come out make it look realistic...there is no way to adjust the bubbles but I still like it.

Great for plant-only paludarium
Out of the box, it looks great, but had some very sharp edges on the anchors. I sanded them down with sand paper and it's fine now. Had minor flaking of the gold paint on the masts, but it stopped after a bit, just loose bits of paint flaking off I guess. All fixtures should be washed before placing them anyway. The ship is lightweight because it's plastic, but it's still heavy enough to feel solid, and it is built sturdily. Some parts can be separated if needed and put back together. It should have no problem sinking and remaining underwater, but I did not test that. I also did not test the bubble function, but it probably would work so long as the air pressure is reasonable. There is space under the deck of the ship so that it can be weighed down with rocks if needed.I put it in my plant-only paludarium and it works perfectly for that. Probably not the best for fish or other animals, at least not without caution, as the sharp edges and possible paint flaking could hurt them. If you get it for fish or other animals, check them to make sure they are small enough or large enough that they wont get stuck in the holes in the ship, which are very small. Check it before to remove sharp edges and wash off potential flaking paint. Other than that, it's great. For my purposes, it's perfect, but you should know these things if you want to put it with any animals.

Great Mother's Day Gift - Really Works
The media could not be loaded. In order to get this to work, you must use an air control valve on your pump. Too much air and it just stays open with bubbles. The control valve leaks air until you get the right amount. And you have to position the box just right on the sand. I toned the air way down so it opens every 4 seconds. Tip: Use a small air pump. I use a Whisper rated for 10gal and it's on a 110 tank. Even then, I need the control valve to let air out because it would be too much air otherwise, so it is just a little bit going into the treasure box. Really cute and fun. The kids love watching it open and close.

Blurp Blurp
The media could not be loaded. Super cute and easy to install. We use it with our aerator and bubble wall light on a single air pump and manage to get the clam to burp every 8-10 seconds. Happy goldfishies.

Powerful, but not too alarming.
The media could not be loaded. I had bought an 8" bubble wall for my betta, Wednesday, and it was far too powerful for him, in a 6 gallon tank. He avoided it, and when he did venture towards it, the intensity pushed him up/back in a way that made him swim frantically away, and then hide for long periods in a far corner. So I got this instead, and it seems, just the right amount of powerful. It does cause motion in the water, but not so much that he's overwhelmed by it. He's even booped the diver a couple times out of curiosity. Plus, it's awfully cute.

It's okay
The media could not be loaded. I've had you in the past and they look good and they work good in the tank except for this one doesn't work the bubbles just come up but it doesn't go back and forth

It looks great in our GloFish tank setup, but it's VERY lightweight!
It's very lightweight and there's nothing to use for anchoring it down to the bottom of the tank. I wish there was a hole in the bottom so I could add gravel or other weight to help keep it down and keep it from moving so around much whenever I clean the tank. It's hard to get it to settle down. I also want to change the air pressure to be more aggressive sometimes and it will move/float around if I'm not careful. The weight/anchor problem is the whole reason why I rated this with 3 stars.Otherwise, it does look great.

Takes time to set up.
Here is how you set this time vampire up;First thing you do is adjust the chain around the lid of the chest so that the diver is pulling from the apex of the lid.I only have a 10 gallon tank, so I had to shorten up the length of chain between the diver and the lid of the chest so that he wasn't floating on the surface and you could see him underwater. You will have to adjust the length of chain between the diver's hands if you shorten up that distance, then cut off any extra. Now take a small screwdriver and gently pry the flat piece of plastic that the treasures are glued to out of the chest. Underneath is a plastic block that is supposed to provide weight to the chest to keep it staple, but you have to remember this is made in China where engineering degrees are given away in noodle boxes. Remove this "weight" and replace it with some small stones. I don't recommend lead weights as some reviewers did, because I don't want to risk any possible contamination of the water. Snap the treasure shelf back into place. The back of the chest is cut out for the air hose. Continue to fill the cavity with as much small gravel that you can.Attach your air line (it only comes with about 3") and place the unit in the tank. I have rocks in my tank so it was pretty easy to lay down the air hose and cover it.Lastly, you will need a regulator on the air line or else it will just stay open.Once it's set up, it works great and I love it, but be prepared to spend some time on this.

Care needed to unbox and setup but works great!!
The media could not be loaded. I was nearly put off buying this from reading the other reviews but so glad I did.Yes it’s a little tricky to setup and yes it’s well packaged and takes patience and care to open & unbox. Once you’ve got it established it works really well and my son loves it.

rubbish in everyway
flimsy, very sharp edges, and worthy for bin, not good for a fish tank at all, more of a danger for fish hurting themselves on sharp edges and points. very light weight, will not hold with own weight, pointless to be honest, plus paint seems to look flaking off too. not good for fish at all.

Ok
Doesn’t sink too well! Had to use other ornaments to hold it down! Looks good though
