From the moment you see the packaging, you can clearly see that this is a premium product. The weight is substantial, it has a machined aluminum look, and it is as aesthetically pleasing as a charging stand can be. While a power adapter is not included, an extremely attractive (and functional) flat USB A to USB C cable is included as well.Unfortunately, when I got the charger and put it on my nightstand, it did not work. The white charging LED stayed lit all the time; the manual says “LED indicator will glow to confirm charging is underway”. The phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 10+) would only read as “charging” when it was exactly centered on the pad, and the charging cycled on and off.I contacted Bezalel (the manufacturer) and Ting in Customer Care was very helpful. After a few questions (I tried different power adaptors and different cables), he sent me a new unit and it works perfectly. Alignment is not critical; there’s about a half-inch of play on either side, and it charges at the same speed as my Samsung Fast Charging Stand and other Bezalel fast charging pads I have.As far as the unit itself, I like the two pegs on the bottom rather than a flat shelf, as it allows you to plug in a headphone adapter when charging. The backer pad feels like suede and enhances the appearance, and overall the unit looks like the premium charger you are expecting for the price. One issue, though, is the fact that the LED stays on all the time so you have no indication of charging being complete. It’s not obtrusive; the phone blocks it most of the way and it is a dim glow, but other chargers (including ones from this manufacturer) add this indicator functionality, and it really should be there for this price.Customer service has proven to be great, and I like the charger. If you want a premium appearance at a premium price, I recommend this product.

I purchased this charger for the features, but a very big reason I bought it was for the design. I wanted something on the desk that would compliment my Apple iMac Pro, which it does to a point.For this price, you would expect something that has high standards. Not quite. While it works fine, the finish is flawed, with what almost looks like rust clusters on the back of the unit. Something like this never should have gotten out of the factory. It's not the sellers fault, since it came to them in a sealed box. While this is something that might be acceptable to people on something that cost $9.99, it is not at this price point. Great concept, poor execution and quality control. Would I buy it again? No.

I know a little bit scared by the price of this, as I see much cheaper one out there.However, I think we get what we pay for. this is definitely faster in charging and easy to use. I love how the stand is in a perfect angle to match my eye level so that i can watch movie while eating my quick lunch at work. :pSorry, but yes i use this a lot at work while having lunch. It creates a little me time for me during my lunch break. :)

It is completely worth the price.Very texture, Aluminum body with a durable suede cover. It is completely different from other non-metallic products.I am satisfied with the charging time.If you are still looking for a perfect wireless charging stand, I think it will be a satisfying choice.

It was delivered much more quickly than I expected and I eagerly set it up to replace the inexpensive charging pad that had just died. The light on the front of the device lit up but it wouldn't charge my iPhone 8. I am returning it (a pain in these quarantine times).

A bit more than I want to spend on a charger, but it works with my thick iPhone case with two credit cars in it. The previous wireless charger I got couldn’t do that. Color/pad looks nice. Sleek.

This is pretty awesome. Charge faster and use my phone easily while charging.I always use this charger when I watch movie and I need to take a note by using phone, when I work with my phone, etc.

This device doesn't work with the Pixel 4! I set it on the charger, it charges for 3 minutes, then the light turns orange and stops charging.
