Franklin and Harriet

Franklin helps the three- to five-year-old child navigate emotions and how to cope with the world around him. If you're looking for a way to help a child gain self-control, good manners, in other words, -the virtues, then the Franklin books are a great place to start reading. The lessons are gentle, age appropriate, and encourage conversation!

Franklin is a young turtle that mimics the experiences of a young child. When a second child is expected, a parent wants to do as much preparation as possible. What will it be like? How will it feel? The Franklin story is helpful in both these areas.

Was a gift for my nephew and he loved it!

This is another excellent "Franklin" release. This story is all about some of the issues Franklin faces with his sister, Harriet, who is now a toddler. Franklin likes being a big brother, but when Harriet starts thinking that his dog Sam is hers, he begins to see things in a different light. (And if you know about Franklin, then you know how important Sam is to him.) Fortunately, like a lot of brother/sister quarrels, this is only a temporary problem and Franklin learns that Harriet isn't so bad after all. Each page of the story is beautifully illustrated and it reads well also.

Got for my son as he is now a big brother to a little sister so it was a fun book to relate to! He is a fan of Franklin

I got several Franklin books for my new grandson, named Franklin!

Writing on the front and inside cover. Book was a promotion from Chick-fil-a and is much smaller than other Franklin books. I think the story is the same but wouldn’t know.

My grandson loves the Franklin series. I add additional books when I can find them.

I just purchased couple of books from Franklin series for my neice, after knowing the series since my now 16-year-old son was in preschool! We both love them a lot! He still talks about how the illustrations were attractive to him and how much he learned from the stories and still remembers them. A definite worth to buy!

My 2 year old loves Franklin, and this is a great book that incorporates her favourite character and a lesson in sharing.
