Are the bristles natural or synthetic?

Hello. The O WOW Brush is made of synthetic fibers, nylon to be specific.

how do I clean the wow brush? The bristles get clumped together and hard with foundation what is the best way to keep them at their best?

I haven't bought the Cailyn Pure Ease brush cleaner yet, but I've cleaned my Wow brush with the solid beautyblender brand soap and with the E.L.F. Brush cleaner spray. I've read good things about Sonia Kashuk's brush cleaner too. Just wash it gently with a good cleaner and warm water, carefully dry it with a towel and let it air dry. I run my thumb gently over the dry bristles to separate and re-soften them before using again.

it came in the original box, but the box was smashed. not good for gift giving.

Why this have 2 options sizes?

Doesn't look like sizes...you can either get one or two brushes.
