Can I use this to connect to kitchen sink for a portable washer? Magic chef washer

Yes. I had to remove the rubber to make the fault fit the metal screw on for water to flow through it.

Any succeeded in rigging up a 2- or 3-way diverter to this so you can have an sink aerator? if so, what exactly did you buy? thanks!

If you get a second one, you can attach the DANCO 10511 adapter (also buy on Amazon) to the threads on the gold disconnect piece, then attach a standard aerator with inside threads. (Exactly what style is up to you.) So you can just swap between your washer and the aerator. It looks a little funny and hangs down lower than normal, but works. I attached a Pur faucet mounted water filter that way, and can swap as needed.

This is advertised as "low lead." Exactly how much lead is in it?
