Somewhat tricky to assemble
It was kind of tricky to assemble even though I've had extensive practice assembling a variety of things. After the assembly, several of the keys were a bit sticky in operation. But it works and I'm sufficiently happy with it.

Key fob replacement
Kind of hard to install, but got it done 😊 dealerships said you have to buy a whole new key and so glad you don’t! Granddaughter broke original shell!!! even though it still worked I couldn’t put on my keys… now I can!!!

It worked
I liked that I finally got it to close. Everything fit fine until I installed the batteries. I could not get it to close. I had to take it to the dealer for them to struggle with it for 20 minutes to get it to close. It took too much pressure and manipulation to get it done.

Worked For Me
I read all of the reviews but knowing how some people are with leaving Amazon reviews decided to try the Remote Key Shell anyway. Took me about 15 minutes to install the parts into the shell. Worked great for me!

Oem look and durability
Be careful how you take it apart and put back together. There are a few small important pieces.

Tabs on the chrome parts ar missing.
Chrome parts missing tabs so it wouldnt lock it in place. Going to buy a Ford product.

Back didn't fit
It works but I had to use the back of my old one as I couldn't get the back that cane with it to fit.

Very cheap material and the hunger broke off easily . I am trying to return this.
