Gymnic Heavymed 500 Medicine Ball, 10cm/500g/1.1 lb, Green

I bought this as recommended by my physical therapist. I use it to strengthen by arm after an accident and surgery to elbow area and diagnosed with CRPS. Love the outer layer as this material is easier for me to grip and works my hand and wrist as well. I also bought the next one up, the red one. Hope to work up to that one soon.

If you are looking for an exercise ball, this is the one! It has been great for my exercises that my Occupational Therapist has given me. I love this as I am getting stronger using it!

Saw this at a recreation center and found it online. Hooray! The usual lacrosse balls are too hard and make trigger points painful. This medicine ball is filled with water and when you lean into it there is more of a longer and wider action. It covers the length of the muscle so moving up and down against a solid door you can control the area to be covered. My cat bit the first one - hence the discovery of water and dead ball. This ball is in the drawer unless needed. Get one of these and you'll thank yourself for it.

I use this little ball for massaging my lower back. It is actually a replacement for one that I wore out that I had for probably over ten years! Great product!
