This product is a life saver. I’ve read so many reviews about products like this one before and I was very skeptical before purchase it however it increased my sleeping quality a lot and now that I can sleep like a baby at nights. My girl friends told me that I snore less since I started to use it. I would highly recommend this product.

They wouldn't stick to my husband's skin

Literally change my life... :) I love my husband more than everything but sadly he snores like a bear because he can’t breath right when he sleeps. He tried lots of products like this but we always found that strips in the bed every morning. This product doesn’t move anywhere, stays where it supposed to be and let him breath all night. He sleeps like a baby and thank god I don’t watch the ceiling anymore.Strongly recommend this product…

I bought these as for years have struggled with bad nights sleep due to mouth breathing because my nasal passages are very narrow and as your nose naturally swells a little at night, it makes it difficult to breathe properly. Little did I know the answer to my prayers were in these simple strips!The strips sit across your nose and gently open your nasal airways so for me it feels so effortless just to breathe properly!These particular strips are the regular ones and are VERY sticky! I actually much prefer and now regularly buy the sensitive ones as I find them less sticky so easier to get off your nose in the morning.A little tip I find (maybe because I'm a skinflint) is I can get away with re-using one the next night if I'm careful removing it that morning although they don't recommend you do this on the box.All in all these are a really fab product if not a little on the expensive side, although I have tried cheap ones (49p for 10!!) and they were a pointless waste of time so I came back to these.Great for snorers, when you have a cold or for weird small nostrilled people like me! lol

I found these quite uncomfortable. They were alright to wear but very difficult to peel off the next morning - the adhesive was so strong I was afraid it was going to tear my skin. Once off however, there was no lasting damage. My skin is fair but not particularly sensitive. I cannot comment if they work as I was afraid to repeat the performance so one night was not much of a test!

I first started using these, not really expecting them to work, and thinking I'd have to move on to something more serious. Thankfully though, these do make a difference.The nasal strips reduce my snoring to a point where it doesn't bother my partner, which is the main concern. I'll still snore loudly if I've been drinking, or am really tired, but the snoring was worse when I did this before using the nasal strips, so nothing's changed there.Definitely try these if you're snoring's causing problems. I didn't really think they'd work, but was pleasantly surprised and have been using them ever since. If you can, try the clear ones. I find they stick just as well, but are easier to take off.

These do seem to help. In my experience they reduce snoring, and help everyone concerned to get a better nights sleep. The give off a very pleasing aroma and do seem to help you breathe more easily. I will be buying more

They are good, and yes they have stopped my husband from moaning about my snoring. I prefer the normal nasal strips as im sure the sensitive ones dont stick as well. The only nark i do have is i have got a mark on my nose from them!
