Complete, Comprehensive Textbook
Great comprehensive book on Real Estate - Just about anything you want to know about Real Estate, including example contracts is in this book. General enough to be applicable for all states. Contains good examples and easy to read. I used this book as a refresher after letting my license expire a few years ago. This book is much better than the one I was forced to use when going through my licensing class.

Must read for anyone buying a home. As far as for school, I am having a hard time retaining the info from this book. May be the class that gets me kicked off the Deans list.
