Ghost controllers are great
Put this on an ATV that is outdoors and is in the rain. Have no problems with it and the folks at Ghost are the best ever to work with. Highly recommend ghost controllers for gates. If you run into a problem the tech guys will wake thru the fix.

Party Mode Button on Remote is GREAT
Bought this remote for an extra to leave in the house. When we know we're receiving deliveries, I was having to drive down our long driveway to our gate's keypad to put it in party mode. Now, I can put the gate in Party mode from my front door (you can barely see the gate from our front door). We live on 9 acres of trees and this remote has a long range. I was surprised when it actually worked from my back patio. The light indicator makes it easy to use. This small tiny remote has made my life a lot easier since we seem to have deliveries at least 4 out 7 days a week.

Works great
It does not have the range that the Ytube videos show. But I have not put a extender antenna on it either. I have a very long drive and I would like to hit the button about 200' away that way the gate is open when I get there, but it never works and I have to wait on the gate LOL It works at about 50' TBH I need to get a cable and raise the antenna wire in the air....but if it needs that it should have come in the kit in my opinion.
