Loose strings, not in a sealed pack (sometimes...)
This should be mentioned in the description.Update: the second pack I ordered arrived (separately!) in a sealed pack, so who knows?

Superb strings from Martin
These Martin Magnifico strings are really hard to beat as all rounders; loud and articulate, and they do everything well.Highly recommended.Edit. I originally awarded these strings 5 stars, but I've reduced it to 4 because since writing my initial review I've had numerous high E strings snap withing an hour of fitting. As it's not possible to buy individual replacements it means the whole set is wasted, and these are not cheap strings. If this continues I may have to review my rating again, but for now I will just reiterate that these strings sound great, but I'm now concerned about quality.

Great but not tense enough
It doesn't feel "high tension" compared to my older strings, i was looking for that hard press which i couldn't feel, but maybe that's just me. Other than that, the strings are very good, loud, strong, sound so clean, and tune up very well!

Ideal for Musicians who want to Play instead of spending Time restringing.
Ball Ended High Tension Strings. Easier to fit & Brighter Sound. No need to tie at Bridge. Simply thread through, knot onto Machine Heads, Tune-Up & Play. Would prefer option of Wound 'G' String, for extra attack in the Bass Range.
