What is the percentage of nitrogen, phosphate and potassium in the fertilizer?

This fertilizer is 4-4-4. The first number indicates 4% nitrogen, second 4% phosphorus and the third 4% potassium. The best way is to incorporate 4 pounds of 4-4-4 per 100 sq.ft. prior to planting. This kind of fertilizer is called "all purpose" fertilizer. My recommendation is that you analyze your soil with an inexpensive test kit (Amazon has them). Then decide what you want to grow and research on-line what the optimum fertilization ranges are for your specific plants or vegetables. Then, if you incorporate the all purpose fertilizer into you soil before planting you can spot supplement with specific fertilizers as needed. There are many organic solutions available to you. The great thing about Jobe's -09526 is that it is organic so you will be starting off the right way. Lots of luck with your plants.

Will this stinky smell attract the bugs?

It did attract some bugs to the bag itself as I had some leftover there for a long time. No problems when worked into the ground, either bugs or perceptible smell.

Can you sprinkle it around the plants, or dissolve the mix in water to feed to the plants? My plants are already in the garden.

This stuff is excellent... What I've done is lightly sprinkle at the base of the plant and then water afterwards. I re-fertilize once a month and I've gotten amazing results.

Did anyone use this in grow boxes? looking for a good organic vegetable food for my grow boxes.

Yes, I used it last summer  for my balcony earth box  and pots and flowers Tomatoes, peppers  and egg plant.I mixed  this  wonderful organic food plus dolomite ( Is calcium) and Epsom salt. Bought it all from here. I'm not sure if it was luck or the mixture I did  but last years I was amazed  by the incredible growth of all of vegetable. "In  pots, my friend" If you grow in pots,to water the plants, take a plastic bottle depending on how big is the pot take pinhead needle  and make holes  to allowed water to  drip. I did and it worked like a charm.  Mix:  Dr. Teal's Epsom Salt, All natural  dolomite in the soil.  Tilt the soil.  For pots also mix it like you're mixing cement
