Product works great!!!!
We previously used a set of power over Ethernet (POE) 1200 AV2 type adapters to provide internet in our workshop which is 400 feet from our house for which the signal had to go through two electrical breaker boxes. This adapter set worked ok, but everytime the shop lights or electrical equipment was used electrical noise disrupted the signal. Due to having issues with receiving WIFI in a studio in our house, we decided to update the current POE to the Nexuslink Wave 2 G.hn Powerline Adapter. After reading all of the reviews associated with 2 G.hn technology it was hoped that this would provide better throughput in our studio and the workshop. Specifically, one adapter is connected in a A/C outlet next to the router in one end of our house, the 2nd is connected at the other end of the house in the studio, and the third is connected in the workshop. Setup was simple. After plugging in one after the other and ensuring each are connected properly, I pushed the security button on the adapter near the router first for 10 seconds, then repeated the process for the other two adapters. The one in the workshop connected instantly with no issues. The one in the studio (in the house) needed for me to once again push the security button on the adapter near the router for 10 seconds again and then repeat the process on the adapter in the studio. It then connected with no issues noted. The throughput in the studio is fantastic! With the wireless adapter the internet speed was slow, but with the Nexuslink GPL-2000PT-kit the speed was obviously faster! The adapter in the workshop is better and have not experienced any signal disruptions yet. However, since the signal has to go through two breaker boxes the connection speed seems to be faster. Lets hope the 2.Ghn technology performs better overall there. I am happy with the units, its an affordable way to get internet to remote areas that are on the same electrical circuit. I recommend these!

Finally, a PowerLine adapter you can depend on.
I have tried PowerLine under various brands with the AV/AV2 format the last several years. I experienced many issues such as dropped connections, low speeds, pairing issues, and throttling if more than one person was doing network demanding tasks such as streaming or uploading content. With the NexusLink adapters, I am having none of these issues. My speeds are more than double my last adapter kit, and I am experiencing ZERO drop outs or lag with these units. I have 4 different devices using the network at the same time with 0 issues which is great for those in family households or roommates. No longer does streaming a video or uploading content cause the entire network to start stuttering. With our modem in the basement, having Powerline is a necessity in my household. I am using the Powerline to connect devices two floors above, with a huge improvement over WiFi. As someone who games a lot, these adapters are an absolute must. My experience with WiFi is higher pings and lag, while the NexusLink PowerLine ensures a smooth gameplay experience. Having a stable internet connection with the least amount of interference causes more consistent wins in competitive games. I also was able to connect another router 2 floors above, to create an access point for our mobile devices. I saw some other reviews cite they aren't reaching the speeds they expected. I feel this is an unfair argument to make as we really should be comparing these units to other PowerLine adapters on the markets. This is by far the fastest adapter I've used with double the speed of my last PowerLine kit. I also noticed that these units run rather cool, as the units I have used in the past by other brands get extremely hot. These also include a pass-through which is useful if you have limit outlets. Pairing is extremely easy with these devices. In the past, it has been finicky with trying to pair each device while these adapters take seconds to set up. Something interesting I noted is you can use any PowerLine to add a new PowerLine device, which saves me time as I avoid needing to travel multiple floors to connect each PowerLine in the network. Overall, I am happy to say that PowerLine adapters have come a long way and is finally a dependable method for network access.

Does not work as advertised
Did not work as designed. I have power running out to my minibarn, straight run of 10/2 uf wire (wire is oversized due to length of run - 175'). One outlet in the barn, one in the house, a few feet from the panel. No GFI yet. Nothing else on the circuit, just those two outlets. No connectivity through these devices. They see each other, and go green, but when you try to send any data through them it goes from green to red. I thought it could be electronic noise from the devices I was using. So, I plugged one directly into my router, the other into my laptop. Nothing else on that circuit. No power supplies, no cameras, no lights, nothing else - just the adapter at each end. My laptop could not connect. Came into the house, plugged the same ethernet cable directly in, works great. I guess it's too long of a run for this device? I don't see any length for a maximum run.

Works but def a hit or miss
This is a hit and miss for me Hits - no crazy install needed. Just plug to your wall socket, plug into your router or modem if it has ports. Put the other in the room needed it, connect and voila a happy wired connection. Miss - Massive in size. I had to for it into my outlets cause its big enough to interfere when using a secondary plug so please be aware of that. Also possible miss but could be house wiring.. At least the connection seemed to be spotty at best the first 2 weeks but since then stable as can be. I only use it for a iptv connection in another room where wireless is an issue as to signal stretch so this does it job. Overall I can't knock the performance or quality but definitely be aware of the size of this device.

Not worthful product....waste of money....Return process is expensive and complex. You need to return on your expense with public mailing system....

It only registers at 100 mbps. Not 1200 mbps as advertised.

Not the best. Drop connection from time to time.
