For those of us who are trying to eat a whole food, plant based diet, our choices in crackers are virtually non-existent. It is nice to have something sitting on the shelf when I am looking for something crunchy to dip into hummus or guacamole and don't have time to bake them myself. If eating WFPB is not a priority for you, you are likely to be disappointed in these. Flax seeds are an acquired taste and texture. I, however, really like them and like what they do for me!

I have been on a keto diet for about a year now. One if the few items I had missed were crackers. I can't always make things from scratch so I am always looking for things that are delicious to fit in with my eating plan. I really love these crackers. They are full of crunchy goodness and have a very welcome slight bit of heat to them. When I don't feel like having a larger meal for dinner, I count out a serving and eat them with brie cheese or chedder cheese. They are filling and very satisfying

I'm not a fish fan, so probably wouldn't spend the money on these again.

Low carb is so limited in what you can eat. These are a pleasant addition. Do they taste like Ritzs, no they do not.But put some dip or cheese on them and they are pretty good. They are very expensive but worth it to have an easy snack.
