You really can't get the angle of "this is what I am currently seeing." It may be good for a general view of your surrounding area but not for anything specific. It's also not very tight, so couldnt be worn while doing anything major.

You gotta have this if you have a Hero and want to get the action from your head. Fits snug and the recording results were better than I expected. Seems pretty sturdy as far as contruction goes as well.

I do not know how people can cheat by selling stupid product.The Gopro cannot be placed firmly. It moves around and most of the time it falls down.I strongly criticize the seller for selling such CHEAP product of no use. It is a total waste.Beware buyers , DONOT BUY from this seller.

the head strap has grip so it won't fall off your head so that's a plus. it's hands free and very useful if you're snowboarding, swimming, or climbing. oh, and yes it's adjustable

It is so good ,I like it very much , It is very useful,And If yo have a go pro you should have one of this.

I have used this on about 6 Mud-races, including Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash and Rugged Maniac.Held up well and takes a beating like a pro.
