Stick to one a day - 600mg is enough.
Does the purported job, though I'd say the recommended dosage is way overboard. The research - pertaining, in my case, to testosterone - is 600mg. This is the dose that most research has found to work. For other purposes, I'd check over the research and find tune your dose to what it is you're trying to achieve - something you should be doing with all your supplements anyway.

As a type 2 diabetic I was recommended to try this supplement by a friend. Obviously at this stage it is very early days so I am unable to be too specific in both my review & comments. All I can say is so far so good but hopefully will be able to write a fuller & more glowing commentafter I reorder & have seen the diabetic nurse.
