I love this pitcher - it is holding up well - I use it daily. It is holding up to heat and then cold and then heat again. My only issue is the lid - it is made of wood - which I love but it now has black mold in it. I had to stop using it. I am still using the pitcher. I may ask them to send me another lid. If I do I will follow up with this review.UPDATE - the pitcher broke but I take responsibility. I was washing it and it slipped and hit the edge of the granite counter. I am buying another and will be more careful going forward. The glass is thin (but fairly sturdy) but I will handle the next one with more care. I am now getting the smaller model with the metal lid because the wood one got moldy fast.

We've had this pitcher for almost 5 years before we accidently broke it and was relieved to find this again. It's light, easy to clean, thin tempered glass, the only thing is that I wished it had standard units of measure instead of ml. Other than that the gold lettering lasted all those years, never chipped or peeled or faded. It really is a beautiful pitcher. P.S. always washed by hand, no dishwasher for this.

I have only had this for a month and both times I have tried to use it the lid becomes impossibly tight once refrigerated. The first time I was able to slowly pull it up and off with hot water(once the glass had come to room temperature.) And the second time the pitcher shattered simply by trying to pull the lid off. I wish I could get a refund since this item is not cheap, and it's disappointing this has been pointed out in the reviews and the seller has done nothing to fix this issue.

This is a nice pitcher, not too heavy, but not crazy thin glass either. The handle is comfortable. My only complaint and why. I took off a star is the bamboo lid begins to grow mold after a while. I bought this because keep a pitcher of cold water in my fridge at all times. The pitcher gets emptied, it is immediately filled again with water. There is evaporated water that hits the lid, sits and causes it to grow mold. I like having the lid on this pitcher, just not a fan of having an open container in my fridge. Wish it were more durable.

Easy to use good quarterly

Love the shape and aesthetic of this glass pitcher. Is very functional and useful while visually pleasing to the eye. Have only had one of these break but considering it feels to be thinner glass, they are pretty durable. Do not recommend using it in service as the lids do not hold up. We noticed that over a short amount of time, if you do not dry out the lid completely, water mold forms on the lid where liquid makes contact... Not a good look or a good thing to have in a beverage. Would be much more useful if this brand sold replacement lids / other lid options for safe service use. But without a durable lid that can withstand liquid, this product becomes nonfunctional.

I like this pitcher so far, only had it a month or so, it seems to handle tea well. I wish the glass was slightly thicker however because I'm afraid it may crack easy but it has not so far. Be cautious when cleaning or setting this pitcher down. I will update if anything comes up, also the lid is wood with a rubber seal, i'm not sure how long it will last because wood can swell when washed (hand wash only).
