All the ink refills for the Skilcraft B3 Aviator are medium.

Q: How does the pen write ? Is it smooth writing ?

It writes smooth enough for nearly all task, especially filling out forms. I would not want to write a printed essay with it. It writes heavy as it's a heavy duty pen. I'd say these are my best pens, maybe my favorites as well.

Depends on how long you've had it. You may be able to contact the company and explain the issue. I find that the majority of them want to keep up their reputation and are pretty cooperative.
