Difficult start
The liquid wasn't coming out, took it back to the shop where they found that it did come out. So it was just stiff and now it works just fine.

The roller ball doesn't work and perfume doesn't come out of the bottle. I bought the product in Hong Kong airport so not sure how to return it or get a new one?
