Update November 4th: I'm upgrading my review for two reasons:1) Customer service - Getwow reached out to me immediately after I posted my initial review and offered to replace the cable. It arrived quickly. I was suprised and pleased that the company would make the effort to respond to an issue with a product at such a low price-point.2) The new cable is still a bit looser than the original, but it works. My previous cable clicked into place and attached firmly. This one doesn't click, but provided I don't move the connected Fitbit around, It charges successfully with the new cable.Initial review: I bought this because of the many positive reviews; however the item I received was (common to other one-star reviews) too loose and would not hold its place linked to the Charge, and thus would only be useful as a charger if one had the time and inclinitaion to hold it in -just- the right position to ensure proper contact during the entire charge.

UPDATE: After my one-star review, Getwow immediately contacted me and sent me a new cable at no cost. This one fit perfectly and worked great. I give it 5 stars for function and good customer service, but taking one away because of the quality control issue.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Since there are 5-star reviews from other Fitbit Charge users, I can only assume that the one sent to me was defective, as it did not fit my Charge. It has metal arms on the sides that look like they are supposed to flex inward, but they did not on the one sent to me. It looks like others have had the same issue, so rather than giving it another shot and risking another defective one, I'm returning it and paying the premium price to get one directly from Fitbit. You get what you pay for. I advise Charge users to find another brand instead of gambling on this one.

I got this as a spare to have at work, where it will be ideal to charge my fitbit while I'm just sitting in front of my computer. The first charger I received didn't work. I was very unhappy with that, and I wrote a bad review (see below for my original review). Upon seeing my review, though, the customer service at Getwow sent me another replacement charger, with no cost to me. The second one works! I must have gotten a bad one the first time around. Who knows - maybe it was damaged in shipping. Regardless, many thanks to the people at Getwow who made this right, and now I've got the spare charger I needed.original review: This does not fit the Fitbit Charge. Do not buy it. If others bought this and it fit, they got lucky. Don't trust it, and don't waste your money. The end is too wide to fit into the Fitbit charging port. I LOOKS like it will fit, but it does not.

It doesn’t connect well to my Fitbit charge, as its supposed to. It doesn’t “click” together like a charger should. I have to prop it together to get it to work.**UPDATED REVIEW**The first charger I received did not work - it did not fit. However, the company contacted me and sent me a replacement charger. The replacement came quickly & while it doesn't work perfectly, it does charge my fitbit. It is a cheap alternative that works as it is intended. The customer service is great for providing me with a replacement to remedy my original issues with the first charger I was shipped. I do appreciate good customer service.

My experience with Getwow is nothing short of spectacular. My original purchase worked ok. When the customer satisfaction team saw my review they reached out to me. Lisa was great she stated my experience was not typical and she would like to replace the original cable I received to see if it resolve the issue I had with it staying connected. Well it was shipped promptly and the replacement cable worked as good as the OEM cable. This is value of of the seller and I will buy again from Getwow. Works fine. Cheaper than the OEM, and though we've only used it once so far, it seems like it will last. This was, however, a classic case of "I can't find that charger anywhere, so I'll buy a new one." And as soon as the order is placed, the OEM charger popped up. So, I don't know how much use this will ever get, anyway.

Just received the charger today after I lost the original one. It couldn't charge my fitbit charge. All I see is exclamation mark (!) on the battery, in my device. Guess its not compatible with the fitbit charge model. Though the product description says it is. Very disappointing.(Updated Review 5/15/2015)The manufacture contacted immediately and agreed on providing me refund or free shipping of another charger. This gave me some confidence of trying this product one more time and I agreed on it. This time it worked flawlessly and can charge my fitbit charge smoothly !I like the customer service and attention they give to each and every customer. This is about as reliable as the original that came with my Fitbit, which is good but not without its issues. Sometimes it works right away to charge my Fitbit Charge (original) and sometimes it needs some fiddling, but that is true of every cord I tried. There is some defect in the Fitbit connectivity (not the cord) that makes initiating the charge problematic. Once it reads the charge then all is well and this cord keeps it fed. So I am happy - mostly - and would order again.

Ita not fitting at all in the charging slot...worst product. Would like to return
