Worked well and is exactly what I expected!
I needed to replace exactly five of these things in my house and all five of them worked and fit perfectly. I think they're part of a universal design and I was impressed with both the quality and quantity especially for the price. Highly recommend if you look into replace these things in your house!

Fixed my sink problem!
I went online to YouTube and watched a video on why my stopper wasn't locking down or unlocking. I Found out why I needed to replace this piece. The only problem was I had to buy 5! I only have one sink and they look to be of good quality, so I am going to have these for awhile or I guess donate the extra ones.

Quick Repair for Pop-Up Drains
Pop-up drains have some real pluses in eliminating the actuating rods of the old style stoppers. However, over time the mechanisms can show less "pop" and sometimes even get stuck in the down position. In my own experience, disassembly and cleaning will often restore good smooth operation of the stopper, but not always. The spring loaded mechanisms are simple to replace, and at the very attractive price that Amazon offers for these five units, if you have multiple sinks in the house with this style mechanism, these represent a good way to renew your sink stopper's operation.

Very Easy Fix
Unscrew the drain cap, look for wrench indentations at the top of the bolt and unscrew the bolt counterclockwise with a wrench. If the bolt will not rise, grab the top threads with needle nose and 'gently' push/pull to lift the bolt shaft and expose the indentations. These 'little brother sized' bolts are noticeably smaller, side by side, in size (width, length, certain dimensions compared to my original), but no worries. The 'end threads' appear to be most important feature and a standard size. They worked well for my drain.Good quality, smooth motion, the drain cap has plenty of clearance again and seals nicely in the down position. And I have 4 back ups that I probably will never need.

Easy to repair sink stoppers with this stem style!
If your sink stopper has this style of stem, it is easy to screw off the sink plug and strainer from the old stem and put them on the new stem. Quick and easy repair to get your push button stopper to work again.
