Thank you for your interest in ProTeam products. The floor tool included with this vacuum does not have a bleeder value feature. We recommend angling the wand and using a side-to-side motion when cleaning. We have a video that demonstrates the proper vacuuming motion that will allow the floor tool to easily glide over carpeting. Q: How well does the vacuum work in picking up mold spores?

I would be more worried about the filter of this vacuum, it was not designed to filter mold spores. I would think if it sucks them up it may spit them back out in your room if filter doesn't catch them.
