Easy to use and beautiful!
I used this powder with mini marshmallows, because I was making popcorn cupcakes for a circus themed birthday party. It was perfect. The consistency is great and the color is beautiful.

Great for white chocolate
A little bit goes a long way. I use powdered food color for white chocolate. Melt a little white chocolate, stir in desired amount. Let color dissolve, add more white chocolate, stir VERY well.
