It was my first time making ravioli ever, and they came our looking amazing! Perfect product, very sturdy plastic, very sharp cutting edges. Also, better than metallic ones as it can be washed in the dishwasher.If raviolis stick to the mold / don't close / don't cut, it's not the mold's fault. It's just a problem with the dough!Some tips:1. Sprinkle flour on the mold so it won't stick2. With a finger, wet the contour of the ravioli before adding the second layer and cutting, it will close better3. After closing and cutting with a roller pin, remove raviolis carefully one by oneTrust this mold because it does a perfect job!

Works like a charm! AND it adds a bit of color! What more could you ask for? (I was paid $3 for this review.)

Makes nice uniformed ravioli's. Use non stick spray for easy and quick release...

Anchors itself to the countertop with rubber tabs on the the bottom. Separates easily to remove ravioli from the press. Minor difficulty rolling to seal and form ravioli. Overall a good ravioli press for the money!

AGGIORNAMENTO:NON COMPRATE,IL VENDITORE NON EFFETTUA RESO. Mi ha risposto cosi:“i prodotti alimentari non posso essere restituiti”!!!!!! VERGOGNA TRUFFA.Il prodotto in se per se se funzionasse bene e’ una grande idea per velocizzare i ravioli.Purtroppo io cho provato 3 volte e niente,ho dovuto buttare tutto l ompasto,perche si appiccica,e i contenitori del ripieno sono troppo piccoli e quando stendi la pasta fuoriesce tutto.Purtroppo ho fatto il reso.

Troppo belli! Lo stampo è veramente top.È formato da due pezzi che fanno sì che sono il taglio i ravioli formati si staccano facilmente. I ravioli posso avere tanto condimento o poco.Si fanno un sacco di ravioli in poco tempo, ovviamente dovete munirvi si sacca da pasticcere, altrimenti con il cucchiaino non finite più. È tutto fatto di plastica dura, quandi resistente e non arrugginisce.Dentro ci sono anche le ricette.Allora vi do le mie indicazioni da foodbloggerPer 4 persone fate:200 gr di farina2 uovaStendete con la sfogliatrice fino a 6/7Con il numero 6 ottenere il classico raviolo del supermercato, con il 7 potete fare gli sfogliavelo e falli pieni, pieni di ripieno, meglio se un ripieno morbido.Io come prima ricetta ho fatto quelli con carciofi arrostiti, 200 gr di ricotta di pecora, 2 cuori di carciofi arrostiti, 50 grammi di formaggio grana. Tutto mixiato con il mixer. Ovviamente non occorre condirli perché sono già strabuoni così, quindi li ho passati in padella con burro e salvia tanto per dare contrasto. Che goduria. Li ho rifatti un ora dopo in versione sfoglia velo e ci vuole metà farcitura in più se non il doppio.

Ich habe einen Philips Pastamaker und die selbstgemachten Ravioli waren mit Teigrad oder Raviolistanzen immer eine Arbeit für mehrere Stunden, die dann oft auch noch für die Katz war, weil sie beim Kochen zerfallen sind oder schon vorher gerissen sind.Mit der Tescoma Form lassen sich die Ravioli in einem Bruchteil der Zeit herstellen, sind alle gleichmäßig und man hat auch viel weniger Sauerei in der Küche!Am wichtigsten ist es, dass man darauf achtet, einen sehr elastischen Teig zu bekommen, der sich beim Füllen noch schön wölbt.Ist der Teig zu trocken reißt er schnell ein, ich gebe immer etwas Olivenöl dazu, habe damit bisher super Ergebnisse erzielt.Noch ein kleiner Tipp: Ich benutze zum Füllen einen Lacor 67039 Eisportionierer 39 mm, egal ob Hackfleisch, Pilz oder Spinatfüllungen, alles lässt sich damit blitzschnell und ohne dreckige Finger portionieren!
