I’m back here for my 3rd set of these, having purchased the first set three years ago. I am buying more because I lose them over time.In the night, the large toe of my right foot pushes in toward the other toes and wakes me in pain. This is due to a bunion. So, for me, these toe separators are worn on my right foot nightly. I feel relief immediately and sleep well all night.I would like to also wear them throughout the day, but if I keep it on, my toe itches. This could be due to lack of air, not keeping it clean enough while it’s on 24/7 (it’s a foot), or an allergy to the silicone. I find that I need relief at night, so that’s when I choose to wear it. I believe these have kept the bunion from worsening. They have never torn.

I have a toe that cures towards the big toe. It was uncomfortable when wearing shoes. Took a couple days to get used to the toe wrap but really helps when walking now.

These separate my big toe from its neighbor so that they do not rub and become sore when I am walking. I wear them near the ends of the toes as it is more comfortable to do so. They are nice and soft but the 1/4" separation distance could be less to improve comfort.

these are pretty good bunion protectors like any other but not that amazing. The visco gel ones are more comfortable
