They fit beautifully, and as long as you adjust the bra straps to be snug against your shoulders, the little flap, along with the type frabric they're made of, holds the shoulder pads in place well.

Looking thinner? Why yes!
Rare find these days. So glad to find them! They are full size. They help shape out the overly round shoulder. By doing this your mind thinks your waist is slimmer. Now who doesn’t want that? 😀

hard to adjust.
Yes these do give me a nice shape to my shoulders and I do look "thinner" (which is hard to explain as to why this is). I did have to trim them back somewhat, since it was hard to hide them under some of my wide neck tops. They can be a bit of a challenge to get them in the proper place, and I find them to be "warm". I wish the slit/flap that goes under your bra strap was facing the other direction, which I feel would make placement easier. I'm happy with the quality and the speed of shipment. One pair should last you years.

A must have
They are great. They are a little stiff at first but eventually molds to your shoulder. Like the fact they come in two colors. Having the flap is added protection that they will stay in place.

Pads do not stay in place due to poor design!
Shoulder pads do not stay in place...poor design. This purchase was a waste of my money!

Shoulder Pads
I loved these in the 1980's and I still love them. They work with or without attaching them to the bra strap. They are just the right size and don't look too big. I have very small shoulders and these help my closes fit properly.

Just right for a small shoulder bump
This is perfect for a petite lady or someone who wants just a small bump on the shoulder. It give just enough height to balance the neckline of any top or dress. I'm small-shouldered so I really like this shoulder pad to give me a bit of definition without being too large and over-powering.

Good fit, with caveats
First, this is probably the perfect thing for a S-XL frame size, not for the 2X plus size - it doesn't look natural, it puts a small cap on a big shoulder - not too noticeable under clothing, still added the extra oomph, I just could've used a little more - layering 2 small caps on 1 side just looks dumb :) Love the flaps to fit under bra strap, but if your bra strap slips a lot, things get ugly.
