Works sometimes
Expectations weren't real high on this one but did expect it to at least turn on when the on button is on and the remote is clicked. Found that the by moving the arms in certain positions you can eventually get it to turn on. Very bizarre quirks to make it work at all and even then it does not function consistently. Extremely difficult to maintain any balance. After zillions of minute adjustments got it to 'walk' (read wobble in place/turn) for a little while before falling over. The idea is entertaining, just wish some of the simplest things like the on button and remote worked at least consistently. Expected that a zombie would have some trouble walking, being that it's a zombie but this is a little more than expected. Package seemed to have been open before so maybe someone had returned it for not functioning well.

It is what it is...
Not sure why so many other purchasers are saying that it keeps falling over. Mine hasn't tipped over once and that's even after accidentally kicking it across the room a few times. I figured each time that it wouldn't work but it still worked perfectly. It takes a licking and keeps on ticking tonka tough. With that said it is what it is: It moans and groans while walking slowly in a circle waiting to smell brains...your brains!

Really cool toy you won't see in stores
I have bought a number of Accoutrements items on Amazon and have been satisfied with all of them. When I saw the R/C Zombie I had to have it. Now I realize that he's most likely collectable but I had to open him up and see how he works. So here's the scoop.....he seems well made and works pretty good the only problem is that he falls forward all the time (esp with both arms up) and he dosen't really walk he just kind of shuffles in place and groans. All in all though I'm still glad I bought him and recommend him highly.

Not really worth it...
It's ok... well made... but it's not what they say it is. The toy needs to be only $5 if that. The remote turns him on... and that's it. You have no other control of him, you even have to pick him up just to turn him off again. They could have saved money by just using the power button if that's all the remote does.He can't walk at all.... just kinda shuffles around in one spot. Don't put his arms up, he'll just to a face plant as soon as you start him, they need to work on the weight balance of the toy... I mean, have you ever heard of a walking Zombie that doesn't hold it's arm out in front of it?He does moan... I think that's he's only plus.I'm giving it 2 stars because... well, it gets one for being a Zombie toy and one because you have to give anything you rate at least 1 star.

very cute
i just love the little zombie. the legs move but he doses not really go anywhere which is fine for me. i can put him on a shelf and not worry about walking room. the remote works up to around 30 feet give or take. just a very cute little guy. even when he is off he is cute to see. just one more thing, any devise that is remote controlled... your tv, garage door opener, dvd player, ect is never off, it is on a standby mode. batteries in the zombie will die around a month or two, because it is never off. i love the little thing.

my son liked it.
Not too many remote controlled zombies out there so this one gets 4 stars just wish it did more than just moan and roll forward. Still, my son liked it.

Zombie didn't follow the brain remote
I bought this for my grandson for his birthday. It was really cool except it didn't follow the brain remote control. According to the instructions you activate the remote control and the zombie will follow the brain remote control any where it goes....this one was faulty.

Zombie
I purchased 3 of these, 1 for my adult son, and 2 for his sons. All 3 of them are into Zombies and I thought they were quite unique and that they would get a kick out of these toys and they did. Thank you they were quite a hit.
