Belkin 7-Outlet Commercial Power Strip Surge Protector, 7ft Cord, 2160 Joules

Got this for a couple grow lights and heat mats indoors, to go in a walkway across from the outlet. Ran the cord for this surge protector through a D-Line heavy duty Cord Cover, and it works great. Everything plugs into the surge protector and we just push its switch to turn everything on or off. I've always had good results with Belkin products.

It Belkin product so feel it will perform well and hold up over time.

Let me preface this review by stating that these are great surge protectors. I’ve bought multiples of the 12’ version, however, the 7’ version is actually only 6’6” long… if that works for you, great, if you actually need 7’ like I did …keep looking

These Belkin 7-outlet surge protectors are a great addition to any home. They have a much higher surge rating than similar competitors, and a 12 foot cord makes it really easy to place them anywhere you need a power strip.

Belkin siempre ha sido de confianza y calidad, (mucho mejor que APC), anteriores multicontactos han funcionado muy bien durante años, este modelo en particular espero que también sea durable, sin embargo el material no parece tan resistente y tiene ligeros problemas de diseño, como el interruptor que se ve y se siente no tan robusto, se puede instalar a la pared de forma de horizontal sin problemas, pero el de forma vertical solo se pude instalar con el interruptor hacia abajo (logo invertido), lo que hace incomodo el acceso al interruptor debido a que los orificios de enganche solo tienen una posición (gran error de diseño en cuanto a su montaje ya que versiones anteriores permiten sin problema 2 posiciones verticales.)

Needed to even out power draw from my computer stuff, and the next nearest plug was 8 feet away from my desk. This helped tremendously.Always great quality from Belkin.

i used 3 of these with 1000w+ constant load on them for the last 4 month with absolutely no problem. look really good, look solid and they work well. i have look alot for power bar on amazon and this one would be in my top 3 easy. belkin is my way to go for power bar in the future

They make some of the best if not the best power bars on the market. The power cord is thick and solid for the added gauge of wire. Typical plug ins and well made. It will last me a life time

Good for what I needed this for. Since I've started working from home , I had to make some rearrangements and daisy chaining a number of extension cords and power bars wasn't helping in terms of safety but also aesthetics. This was the ideal length from wall to my desk and after a few months it hasn't exploded yet!I wish it had some USB jacks, it's all it's missing.
