Extremely Sturdy
This is a great pullup bar. It is built with great materials and very sturdy. The downside is that it only comes with concrete wall anchors. I needed to mount mine to a large wood beam that spans my garage ceiling. I had to do a bit of research to determine which lag bolts that would support my 250lb frame. The anchor bolt holes in the frame support a 1/2 diameter lag bolt. So for those with little knowledge about lag bolts, I'll save you some time here. 1 inch of 1/2 inch lag bolt support 198 lbs. So I bought 4 1/2 inch wide by 3 1/2 in long lag bolts. Mathematically that gave me roughly 700 lbs of support per lag bolt. And keep in mind that its 2 feet to center of frame end pieces. It worked perfectly. I bet I could hand a winch from it and pull a V8 engine out with this thing. I wouldn't of course, but its built that sturdy. A side not to the company, were in a stay at home status here in Washington with all Gyms closed as well due to the current Covid-19 issue. I bought this to add to my back routine because my workout options are limited for a weightlifter at my house. I, like others, are gym dependent to achieve the workout that my body needs. I had to put myself and my family at risk to go buy lag bolts to use this. Please consider adding wood stud mounting option with your installation kit. Please?!

Built like a tank
Installed onto the wall and this thing is a tank. Everything u need to install is included with the exception of backing wood to go on the wall (which is not expensive). Have used this for 2 weeks now and LOVE IT, rock solid and value.

Not overly-impressed with packaging or installation, but seems well-built and a great value.
It seems like a great product. I like how heavy duty this product is. It arrived comically protruding from both of ends of the box and the top, giving the impression that it was carelessly packaged or grossly abused in shipping. That didn't seem to matter that much other than scuffing the paint and grinding off some knurls a bit, so I decided to live with it. I wish I'd taken a picture because it would be worth a good laugh now, but I wasn't in the mood that day. Finally I'm getting around to installing it, but am stuck for the moment. I want to attach it to the rafters in my garage ceiling. Unfortunately, it's not obvious how to do that because the "main frames" need to be about 24" apart. Well, most house studs and rafters are spaced at 16". Now I'm going to have to add some additional wood to my ceiling, which will unfortunately might mean that my pull-up bar will be lower. With a 9 feet ceiling, I didn't want it any lower. I'll try to update this once I figure out how to install it on my standard ceiling. Qualifications: amateur fitness enthusiast and intermediate home improvement do-it-yourselfer Conclusion: Straight-forward installation on a concrete wall but not so on a 16" studs or rafters

Great chin up bar
Item came very well packaged and Exceeded my expectations. Solid bar and the various hand positions are why I chose it. I hung it on a 2 x 12โ board using 3/8 x 2โ lag bolts. The board is secured to the wall studs, 16โ spacing, using 3/8 x 4โ lag bolts. It feels very secure. I didnโt use the included hardware except the bolts that hold the bar to the supports.

Really Impressed
Usually I don't take the time to write a review, but this product is very impressive. Super heavy and well constructed, it will no doubt hold me for weighted pullups. Directions were a little vague and I didn't like the expansion bolts it came with for installation, so I replaced them with heavy duty lag bolts. Well worth the money.

Good piece of COVID-19 temp gym equipment. ๐
Very heavy duty. Made well. Really happy with and impressed. Donโt like the wall anchors supplied with so will have to go and buy 4 lag bolts to mount ceiling wise.

Multi grip is awesome
I was looking for a pull up bar that didn't need support from a bottom bracket, so I could install it over a door. Easy installation (2 people would be better, but I did it all myself). Very sturdy, my more swole friend >250# hopped on it, it bent a little, but stayed up. My 185# is not a problem at all. I hang low rings from it for dips.
