This product is so helpful. It doesn't make you feel drowsy in the morning, and if you wake up in the middle of the night, you don't have to go through the "how many hours do I have left for sleep? and will I be able to wake up for work if I take this?" decision tree. I work crazy hours and am a terrible sleeper, so I constantly have to decide if I take a sleeping aid; will I be able to wake up on time for work? Or should I just stare at my clock for the next few hours, waiting for my alarm to go off? Melatonin in particular tends to be the worst for me; I always feel like a zombie the next day, so I typically avoid it at all costs. However, this product is fantastic! It tastes fine, it dissolves quickly under your tongue, and it knocks you out just as quickly. The best part, though, is that because it's such a low dosage, you can take it in the middle of the night with only a few hours to spare, and you don't have to worry about waking up groggy the next day.

This sleep aid used to be sold at Dollar Tree. It took me forever to find it again as the name has changed. I have tried several Melatonin based sleep aids and NONE works like this one . I’m a nightshift worker and need my sleep . According to my Fitbit sleep analytics my sleep with this sleep aid is in the “ good” range and I get at least 7 hours of sleep. That’s great as without it I’m in the “ fair” range and only get between 4 and 6 hours. Definitely a great product that doesn’t make me feel groggy after use and the taste is very nice as well! 100% recommend this product!!

I suffer from severe insomnia.. not a lot works, including prescription medications. This stuff knocked me out, I only woke up once throughout the night (usually it’s about 5 times) and I woke up not feeling too groggy. Will continue to repurchase!

This is a great product, unfortunately my store no longer carries it, so I thought I would go ahead and order it on Amazon. I ordered two packages. The melt tabs are the best and the cherry flavor is palatable. It takes about 30-45 minutes for it to kick in. I am pretty sensitive to medications so I only bite off half a tablet lol, and it absolutely still works for me. The product does not leave one feeling groggy upon waking, which is a huge plus. When my package arrived it was obvious that the bottom of the shipping envelope had been cleanly sliced open and then taped back up, so when I opened it I was very disappointed to find one box of product missing and the other damaged. The good news is that Amazon customer service, as usual, was great and gave me a full refund- no hassles, which is why I gave five stars. I have had very few issues with deliveries, but when I have Amazon has honored their commitment to quality service and I appreciate that and will continue to be a loyal customer because of it. I highly recommend this product and Amazon as well.

This product works for me but it does take awhile to kick in most of the time. Once it does, however, you can go into a deep sleep. Make sure to allow 4 to 5 hours after consumption to sleep, otherwise, you may be groggy in the morning.

I use the very often, great product to help you fall asleep without taking a full melatonin and feeling groggy in the morning
