These connectors seem to be well made but they are clearly not compatible with 23awg. The container even says "supports 23-26AWG wires". The issues is the end holes are too small. Something to note. I assume if the holes were made larger such to fit 23awg the connector would not work well with smaller gauges of wire. As such I assume "real" "23-26awg" connectors of this style on not possible. I got a refund but having to order replacement set me back on my project...

I’m sure they work for the plugs from this manufacturer, but with any non-pass through or Klein pass through plugs these won’t work. They either don’t fully enter the connector or won’t crimp all the way causing opens.

Just finished crimping 26 of these heads, and all of them were good connections on all pins. Used 23AWG CAT6 solid core. Took a look at the rest of them, and they all looked like they will work great in the future.

Quick and easy to make the connector, but the climber is too expensive.

I like how easy it is to use them especially with the pass through connector boots. They make awesome patch cables. Don’t use with cat5e cable though, because the wire is thinner the boots can slip out.
