I replaced the glass and this trim was a direct replacement. Easy Peasy

I am updating review after communicating directly with company. After writing the review below, I left a message and they texted me back wanting to help. They were polite and sent a replacement immediately. The third time is the charm. I do not know why it took so long originally. So I am updating my 1 star to a 3 star. The package that came was damaged- by the delivery carrier, but so far the product seems ok. I recommend using a different carrier.Original Review: Finally received product on 23 January 2023 when ordered 28 Nov 2022 and successfully cancelled. From the pics, you can see this 72" glazing is unusable. The 72" glazing was shipped in a 36" box and folded.This was the second time this was ordered from STB, as the first never arrived.When contacting the STB, they simply said, canel and re-order.For tight timelines or just wanting to get the job done, find a different vendor. This product cannot be used as it is not straight and bends cannot be straightened and stay straight in cold climates.

Bought these strips for a sliding door window that all of the glazing was missing. It was a challenge to snap in, but I found a method that worked. Get a piece of 1x3 about 5-6" long, hold it against the glazing to tap in with a dead blow hammer.

Not an easy job, but this was an exact match to what I have. It appears all my vinyl windows in my house use this stuff, so I now have extra if needed.

Pro: These are very good replacement glass retaining stripsCon: Very expensive for a very simple, cheap plastic strip. There must be a better price elsewhere.

I ended up putting backing rods into frames to get these to try to remain in place. Wouldn't recommend.
