Great ratcheting belt system. They do crack after a while.
I've enjoyed these belts since I got my first one a few years ago -- they look great (no holes!) and the automatic buckle / detent system works smoothly. I got my father one for Christmas a while back, and now he won't wear any other kind. He reports when the belt wears out, and I get him a new one, which I think is hilarious.Which brings me to the one weakness of the Kore system, which is that they eventually all crack in the same place. I typically wear mine all week for work, so we're talking about a lot of hard wear here -- probably enough to wear out an ordinary belt -- but eventually they all split on the inside along a small angled cut where the track system has been inserted. It's an understandable technical problem, and I frankly don't mind replacing the belts every year or two, but it's too bad because otherwise, with no holes to stretch and tear, the belts are nearly indestructible.

Only Belt I Wear Now
This is my replacement brown belt. The first one I bought three or four years ago and just recently the leather started splitting open in several places. I probably wore it every other day during that time, alternating with a black version, which is still going strong. I guess you could argue whether a leather belt should last longer but the quarter-inch spacing between notches is brilliant. Only belt I wear now.

Best Belt he's ever had.
I purchased a Trakline belt w/a buckle at Glock Store 9/29/15 for my husband. He just showed me some cracks on the belt. Since the Glock Store doesn't just sell the belts I decided to look on Amazon. There they were! I ordered a replacement. He is thrilled. He wears it every day. He won't wear anything else. We're a satisfied customer! Will order on a regular basis now direct from company.Update 10-16-2016Trakline should specify heavy duty applications for mechanics, tradesmen & other people that carry tools & accessories require their other belts & heavy duty buckles.

Cordovan color needs work, looks like brown.
I like these belts for the convenience of adjusting them. I bought the black one a few months ago, and a few days ago I ordered the tan, brown, and cordovan because I like to match my shoes and belts. The tan and brown are fine but the cordovan is so close in color to the brown it took some study to figure out which was which. Please Kore, take a look for yourselves and see if you can improve on the cordovan color.

The cordovan is not cordovan
I have two other Kore/Trakline belts, one brown and one black, and purchased the Cordovan color to match a new pair of shoes. The cordovan color is more brown that burgundy and does not match my shoes at all. In fact, when I put the cordovan next to the brown that I previously purchased, it's almost impossible to tell the difference. The quality and function of the belt is great, but the color is way off!

Great design and I will continue to purchase
Great design and I will continue to purchase, however the quality of the leather/tanning is poor. I'm on my second black, and second brown - the dyed finish wears off too quickly. I tried being proactive on the second set - treating the brown leather with Leatherique and the finish is already cracking before I've worn it.

Simply Awesome Belt! So good I bought a second a month later!
Have had the TRAKLINE BELT now for 2-1/2 months. I love it so much that I bought this black leather belt as well. Infinite adjust-ability is worth far more than words can mean. You really need to try it for yourself. You won't regret the decision.

Not for EDC buckles
Great belt and great system. I originally got them off their kickstarter with an EDC belt which lasted forever but now I needed a brown belt. Got this one and it works... kinda. It’s thinner than the buckle I got with my EDC belt so I had to use a shim to keep it in place. The ratchets still work though it is all a bit loose.
