This is just a reprint of an older edition without the German text
I was hoping to see bilingual edition. Instead, it appears to be a reprint of the third edition without the German text. It does contain books VI and VII. But no original German.

This is a very HARD READ - you are warned
I am an electrical engineer, I am not stupid ok, but the writing is horrible, very hard to understand his ideas or what he is trying to convey, I think I read like 20 pages and stopped. If I will return to it, I will re-review it.

This would seem to be a pirated edition of the 1956 edition published by MIT Press. The book was published in a revised edition in 1978 by MIT Press. So this is outdated and seemingly illegit. Get the MIT edition.

This is a reprint of the 1956 Macmillan edition, under the Martino imprint. It has the virtues of being a bilingual edition, and of being printed on acid-free paper for durability. However, later monolingual editions by MIT Press are longer, featuring additional material. Also note that the pagination and even the section numbering have changed between this older edition and the new MIT edition.

Missing parts
Parts VI and VII on rule-following are not included in this edition. The Basil Blackwell (1978) and John Wiley & sons (1981) editions are complete.
