They really make your nail stronger
Over the years I've tried many products that claim to strengthen nails. I have always had thin nails that break easily. The gummies are the first product that actually provide strength to my nails that allow them to grow.

Dont taste very good
I haven't taken these long enough to notice a difference yet. They smell horrible and dont taste much better. They do have a high amount of collagen in them so I may just have to suck it up.
